6 Months

The babies turned six months yesterday. Wow, the time has flown! We went for our six month appointment today. The babies are on the grow! Both Gianna and Ellery have made it on to the growth chart, and Easton is so close! Ellery is about 20% on the weight and height charts and Gianna is a little more than 10% on the weight chart. Our doctor used the six month growth chart. We looked at the babies’ stats on the adjusted age chart and they would be between 40-50%. We were shocked that Ellery is 1½ inches longer and one ounce heavier than Gianna. To look at the babies you would think Gianna is the heaviest of the three (we always assume this). She has wonderful chubby cheeks and we have to dig deep into those rolls when we give her baths. Just goes to show that looks can be deceiving! They also had their vaccinations, and were extremely cranky this afternoon and evening – Tylenol and all. Hopefully tomorrow will be back to normal.
Ellery – 13 pounds 6.5 ounces, 24 ¾ inches
Gianna -13 pounds 5.5 ounces, 23 ¼ inches
Easton – 12 pounds 12.5 ounces, 23 ½ inches
